The living room is especially sunny because of its 6 meters windows.

This apartment for rent consists of :

The living room equipped with all the commodities, TV 25" with SATELITTE TELEVISION , CD/ Radio, a comfortable sofa and 2 individual chairs. The apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms, one is a suite (double bed) with its own bathroom, the 2 other ones have 2 twin beds (all are equipped with a wardrobe to put all your clothes). All the rooms are equipped with AIR CONDITIONING - HEATING . We also provide you a washing-dryer machine, an iron and iron board. A free cot for a child is available if needed. At the beginning of the stay we supply you with clean towels and sheets. We make the cleaning of the apartment once a week (or more often on request).

LOCATION & AREA

The location is excellent and very central just at a 5 min. walk from the famous SAGRADA FAMILIA, the cathedral from Gaudi (area eixample) in the center of Barcelona. Near the Sagrada Familia you will find a bus stop to take the TOURISTIC BUS. At only a 5 minuts walk you can find the “Avenue Gaudi” , a pleasant avenue very apreciated for the spanish people, with a lot of restaurants and terraces to take a drink and observe the lighting of the cathedral by night (you can’t miss it). An other interesting place and also a stop of the modernist route (like the Sagrada Familia) is the HOSPITAL SANT PAU, surely the most extravagant hospital you’ll ever seen.

The area is especially SAFE and QUIET . At only 20 meters from the apartment you will find 3 supermarkets, an excellent bakery that makes delicious croissants for your breakfast, biologic shop, a fresh pasta shop and all the comodities you may need to make easier your stay.
